Marketing & Media Release Policy
Effective Date: April 25th, 2025

 

By participating in any Just Pilates class, session, or event (in person or virtual), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. USE OF IMAGES AND VIDEOS

Photos and video may be taken during select sessions, classes, or events for marketing purposes. These may be used across digital platforms including (but not limited to) Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email newsletters, and the Just Pilates website.

2. CONSENT

By participating, you grant Just Pilates the right to use your image, likeness, and voice (if applicable) for promotional purposes without compensation. This includes edited, reposted, or repurposed content.

3. RESPECT & PRIVACY

We are mindful of your comfort and boundaries. If you’d prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let us know before your session—we’ll absolutely respect your wishes.

4. OPT-OUT OPTION

You may opt out of photo/video use at any time by contacting us at justpilate@gmail.com.
